I'm having sharp chest pain, from heart to back, when I breath deep.
Haven't eaten anything particularly bad yesterday.
What could it be? I'm planning on fasting at least 24h to let my body deal with this but curious to hear what people think.
(I'm not worried, I don't feel like it's a chronic problem)

Sounds like an out of place rib. When I feel like that, twists usually help set it back in place, if that’s what it is.
