@Ronnie21093 Yes and they were in Megaman X1. Occasionally they'd stop to shoot a laser but idk how they act in ReDIVE. One of the first if not THE first enemy in Chill Penguin's stage, I think. 

 @Cayhr They stop to shoot lasers here as well.
