Oddbean new post about login | logout Last night the creative demons seized me and insisted I make an aggressively girly shirt for a bff’s 7 year old. I broke out the Lisa Frank inspired fabric and complied. When I finished the shirt today, I thought I was done - but no, they wouldn’t let me quit until I made a bag too. It was SO fun to pick out all the brightest scraps I have! Shirt is custom cotton Lycra. Bag is waterproof canvas outer and stretch woven board short material for the inner. I’ve had the ombré zipper tape and iridescent raven pull stashed for ages. The wrist strap is brocade ribbon sewn long sides together.
