It's Amethyst. I don't know if you can do that on other apps.
In @primal I muted it but it didn't work. I reported it, let's wait for the guys to fix it.

I managed to solve this here in primal, just go to the profile and block the user.
But there are multiple users. I blocked one and it didn't work so I went for the words. It seems like a bot just making different users?
Probably one user per relay. Huge PITA.
