 And how do you like ring work? 
 I like them. They are difficult. You really have to engage the core to stabilize. I thought the rows were going to be a breeze but they beat me up pretty good. Dips on rings are nothing like at a dip station or on parallel bars, they are next level difficult. I can add substantial weight doing dips the regular way. Forget about it on the rings. 12 to 15 body weight is my max. 
 Yes, they're so brutal 😂
