This #InkblotArt is difficult to describe even though I clearly see it. We will need some background info. 
In ancient Korean king's palaces, the ministers met wearing costumes like this. And stood on opposite sides of the throne room. 
In this image I see one from each side getting into such a disagreement that it's come to fisticuffs in the king's court.
