Yeah I’ve been full carnivore for about a year now. It’s awesome. Beef, seafood, butter and salt 99.5% of the time.
Hell yeah. No fruit?
I eat a little fruit sometimes as a treat. I like it so I don’t deny myself in moderation.
I'm about two months into it. I eat quite a bit of fruit, but mainly meat, raw dairy and salt. It's life changing. My wife and I both feel fantastic. No grain, no vegetables, no seed/nuts/oils. No refined sugars or syrups.
