We're doing a couple of things - but hiding messages below 100 sats might be a little overkill... we don't want to prevent any valid use-cases. We've just rolled out a change though so that at least you won't get system notifications for payments that are low value and likely advertising - that seems to be the biggest annoyance at the moment.
What about a user-defined threshold?
Yes that seems like a good idea, it's coming. Apple dramatically slows down the speed of app changes we can push though unfortunately, sorry to Android users
