Feel like I’m missing something here but no idea what it is 😅 @Sachin suggested trusting the one with most follows by people I trust, which could work but could also be misleading since I don’t know if they were misled.

This is a case where the nip-05 helps as verification tool: nostr:nprofile1qqsvnx99ww0sfall7gpv2jtz4ftc9v6wevgdd7g4hh7awkpfvwlezugpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzvuhsg5cway's nip-05 uses the official SimpleX domain, so it's the correct one. This is a better indicator than any followers count. The other one is an account from a Mastodon bridge, maybe it also legit, I cannot say. Sorry again for the poor response caused by my distraction.
