Can you do multi race armies in Kill Team? In my head I have story of a young (for eldar) farseer that has, (due to a debt of honour) a Votann bodyguard. Stranded far from the webway, with the help of some scoundrel mercenaries (mostly human), they have to get the farseer home. 
If not I'll just cobble something for Xenos Rampant rules 🤣

 @7b4f43a1 nothing in there at the moment like this sadly. You could always a count as force, but I’m struggling to think of the right team to give you the Farseer, tough space dwarfs, and some more light infantry… hmmmmm 

Have you had a look at Stargrave? Sounds like it’d be right up your street from the narrative side of things!
