Anyone got experience using steam on Linux? Best distro to use? I haven't used Linux in 10-15 years and I'm completely self taught with computers...
NIGGA DIS HERE'S BURGER KING RIGHT HERE NIGGA-ASS NIGGA FUCK YOU ON SOME BITCH SHIT FO :smiley_blootshot:
@b3e72378 Garuda. Made specifically for gaming
@b3e72378 I'm new to Linux, and am using Pop_OS.

It was slick enough for me, now I have 3 PCs setup with it, and use it for everything.
@b3e72378 For steam on Linux Ubuntu would be a good choice. Ubuntu Cinnamon has a more windows like interface but still compatible (mostly) with Ubuntu packaged software.
@b3e72378 Ubuntu is a solid choice, I believe you have to add some 32-bit PPAs to install Steam, pretty easy to google.

I had some hardware compatibility issues with Garuda on a budget PC build.

I had excellent out of the box success with Drauger OS, comes with Steam and other gaming programs.

You can set it all up on Arch Linux. I was able to get it all installed as quite the Linux noob. Arch is by far the lightest distro to be running in the background.
