I am wondering about the possibility that the ruling class actually live in the delusion that what is best for them is ultimately what is best for the people, because the people would be worse off if they did not rule. 

 Some are delusioned, others not


 

 and I have the feeling those who are not , those guys we never get to see. 

 Might be, but in this game it might not matter who they are.
