Just finished mine. Deep barbell squats, body weight single leg squats, dumbbell lunges & barbell hip thrusts. 
 Nice 💪
My trainings were all new this week. Starting a new 12 week interval. Lots of shoulder exercises, chest presses and rows 
 Is that 1km walk on your hands, or….?
