This is what I’ve been craving on here since hopping into Nostr a couple weeks ago. I want not just customized search but also sort and filter based on interactions like zaps and likes. Full customizables and see what my use and the use of others does to not only our feeds but to the I reactions of all users that start to learn that people are filtering in certain ways. It’ll let us align the rewards with the desired behavior in the environment.
As on Reddit, I like that the most upvotes are at the top of the comments. But more importantly, that the downvoted stuff is there if I want to scroll for it, but otherwise it’s no longer in. Y face as the community has done some management of it. For Nostr, maybe more zaps or likes pushes good content higher and would reward healthy engagement among users and encourage the right kind of content that the community thinks is worth promoting.
Just thinking out loud as I use a new environment.
