The people buying the ETF i.e those driving the pump are not gonna sell at the ATH a month into their allocation. They are not speculating. Sticky money will take us right through 69k is my expectation 

 I have the same probabilistic expectation. I’m just trying to consider the emotionless technical analyst view as well.
