What do you mean by cloud backup? Do you mean a directory on your system that's backed up or synced regularly? Or just an address online that you can use in your backup setup? If it's the latter, and you are handy with rsync, have a look at rsync.net . Can't get better value. I think it also supports Borg backups, in that case you would even have a gui app to manage everything.
