 How did you know what kind of spider it was? They will ask you at the er to show a picture. We ask patients to show us pictures of snackes and spiders that bite them to prescribe correct medicine

 And you can eat whatever you want as long as you keep your immunity high. Beef may not help with immunity but I know fruits do. If you don’t like fruits take men’s health multivitamin one daily it has all the nutrients fruits have. 
I don’t know what grapplers are but you shouldn’t rub anything on that will spread the poison to your arm. Just go to cvs get  bacterim or something similar. If you are in wilderness and  don’t have anything then just get dial antibacterial soap and wash your wound atleast twice tonight with it. Keep it open and clean with dial soap 🧼
