Much better night last night WRT the cpap mask. I put the large nasal pillow on the medium frame, and it was much more comfortable. This is the respironics dreamwear headgear. It stayed on all night, didn't leak, and my events per hour came down by 4 off baseline. So that's good progress. Stayed up too late, so didn't sleep as long as I needed. 

 @bf6ed480 The tech really has advanced in recent years. After years of a slightly clunky box, moving out here to BCN really helped (they even have a 24hr free service line!) and the last replacement was better again.
