 @edbba727 Bandages and regular vaseline really help with road rash. The only scars I have are the ones at joints that don't take to bandages easily. 
 @8371c8fb Thanks for the vaseline tip. I don't think I can use it much on the heels of my hands, at least while I'm up and doing other stuff. I can grease up my leg after I remove the bandage and let it dry out a bit. 
 @edbba727 I'd say don't let it dry out too much if it is just road rash. The vaseline helps the skin heal without scarring up if you can keep it up for a week or so. But yea, the heels of your hand are a bit of a lost cause unless you can keep them veeeeery still.

The only noticable scars I really have are ones I couldn't keep covered and let dry out.
