So I haven't eaten any processed sugar (just fruit and honey, but no sweets, chocolate or the like) since the bitcoin halving. That's a little over 4 months now. I am experiencing something I didn't expect AT ALL. I started to DREAM again. Almost every night. I asked ChatGPT if this is common and they said there are anecdotal reports about it but nothing scientific. But it is real, I am the proof. So I asked ChatGPT if dreaming was important for psychological and emotional wellbeing. It turns out that it's not only important for that, but also for cognitive function. Following basic logic, we can conclude that populations with high sugar consumption are being emotionally and psychologically destabilised and even dumbed down by the food industry. That's the real TERRORISM. It's not just hypothetical. This is real. What do you think? #asknostr
Sugar is toxic, good on you.
Thanks. It was hard because I love chocolate and was a heavy sugar consumer.
I was too, about 15 years ago. I ditched all added sugar, soft drinks, lolies, anything with it in and I stopped adding it myself. I must admit, chocolate is the only thing I'll have, but very rarely. If you want a great sugar replacement, with zero carbs, try Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener.
Cool. Thanks. I’ll check it out. I started to make my own “chocolate“ with coconut oil, cacao powder 100%, raisins, milk powder and nuts. It’s actually good.
That sounds great

Yum, looks toxic but delicious 😂
Only if you are allergic to almond 😉
Was thinking of the sugar, but there isn't any. Looks awesome 👌
Yes, yes and yes. We don’t need chatgpt to understand what hippies have been saying for decades. You can replace “food industry” with “industry”. This also goes for any media ‘diet’ that’s artificially optimized for dopamine. A world run by large machinery is not for dreamers.
I don't remember dreams. I never want to. That sounds like torture to me. I do think I sleep better without processed food being in my diet, though.
I really missed remembering my dreams and I never knew why I don’t do anymore
