 What kind of privacy are you looking for? What you post is mostly public on multiple relays. Private Chat can be encrypted, but still is saved on relays and you don't know when it can be decrypted in the future. With Nostr you can easily create multiple profiles.

 Proton is great because of simple login. Create one off emails that forward to your proton emails. Like apples random email generator but doesnt run through apple servers. 

Simplelogin.io is the way
