 Depends. What are you trying to achieve? If it is just hosting, Vimeo is a popular business option. If you want a Fediverse option, there is PeerTube or Odysee. 

 Having a nostr enabled video platform would be great and it wouldn't be too hard to build, but ..
- Bandwidth costs would be enormous with commercial CDN/Storage / not sure some sort of P2P (Bittorrent) based solution would be viable.
- Whoever would host that service (Domain Owner) would but hit with takedown orders from copyright holders, DMCA and the like.
