 No, the server hosts the video can be taken down by court orders. Nostr must have decentralized videos like jb55 mentioned by using bitterent 2

 Ok you are right about that, the only reason it has not been ordered for takedown is because nostr is too small for them to care about. In other words, nostr is not battle-tested yet.
