 it's at least more consistent. it used to not be the case. yarn was great when it came out.

 i don't know alot about yarn 2, but it seems like they're taking a similar route to autoloading as composer and rubygems. is that correct?

yes that means i abhor web browsers as well... the only kinda not crappy thing about all of these is HTTP, which has great utility outside of this shitty all-in-one commie politburo committee built garbage

 pnpm has been great. Basically npm but faster. We ditched yarn at work in favor of it. Especially the monorepo support.
