" An Anarchist-Communist is a person who is a man first and a Communist afterward. He generally gets into a great many irreconcilable situations at once, believes that property and competition must die yet admits he has no authority to kill them, contends for equality and in the same breath denies its possibility, hates charity and yet wishes to make society one vast Sheltering Arms, and, in short, very generally rides two horses going in opposite directions at the same time... The State Communist, on the other hand, is logical. He believes in authority, and says so. He ridicules a freedom for the individual which he believes inimical to the interests of the majority. He cries: “Down with property and competition,” and means it. For the one he prescribes “take it” and for the other “suppress it.” That is very frank. "

 Fuck commies, that’s all
Anarchy without private property and free-market is just a mess and chaos
Let them try it and then tell me, but I won't participate
 Georgism ftw
Georgism isn't against private property, it just differ the degree of use and occupancy from others theories of property
It's not private if you can't use it at your will.
In a voluntary decentralized contractual community it's acceptable
I'd like to see how that voluntary decentralized contractual community looks like, where land use isn't private.

Where's this located? Is can I join?

Georgism advocates land tax. How do members of the community earn to pay this tax? Do they have skills and trade?
I think different models of property can co-exist as long as they're all voluntary (in a communal level). If you want to enjoy absolute property rights you'll have to live isolated like a hermit

ANCAP it's not living like a lone wolf
Absolute property rights are what people here are advocating for. If you think a different sort of community can exist you'd actually have to show me one.
Absolute property rights and absolute freedom of speech doesn't exist if you live in a community. The difference between a libertarian and a statist in this assumption is just how they negotiate these rights, libertarians negotiate in a voluntary contractual level and statist leave these decisions to the government bureaucrats

Private property is the base of civilization

It's difficult to live in peace with those who want to impose their ideologies on you
Anarcho commies don't know what bathroom to use.
 They're the shit themselves
