 Hmm... Most countries have regulatory frameworks for digital assets.  Quatar as VERY late to the game here.

 Yes based on size of Qatar - Emir visited Salvador last year
lot of big countries has NO rules just either TAXING or Banning

 Bvi, Bermuda, Cayman and most other carib. Islands have digital asset frameworks.  Many of them are tiny countries.

That's being said, always love hearing other leaders going to el Salvador!
