To be fair, I love Zeus and I also love what you guys have created with the “node in phone” and ZeusPay Lightning address. It’s the easiest self custodial lightning address solution I’ve seen yet, and it really is easy. For normal sized lightning payments such as to/from friends or a merchant, it is perfect and the fees are reasonable considering everything it keeps me from having to deal with. My only real critique is that even with the lowered fees, it is not tenable for incoming zaps considering the way most people on Nostr zap. If people supported creators with a large monthly zap, then yes absolutely recommended. But for 10, 21, 100-sat zaps, it isn’t worth losing so much to Zeus when someone can just collect them in a low fee custodial wallet and then transfer them to self-custody at the end of the day. Hopefully that’s a more fair response from me.
