I've heard (bc I don't smoke it either) that pot these days isn't like the pot of the old days... it's too strong. I have an acquaintance who told a sad story of her middle aged son literally going psychotic from smoking the modern weed. He is in a mental hospital. Sad.

@0af78396 It does sound like Reefer Madness, but I've heard about how outrageously strong it is from our kids' peers. Like Heroin, I'd be afraid of it. Driving on anything is dangerous. Like anything else, I think it's a matter of degree. Some limits on the strength might be a good idea. Big lobbying efforts and big billions went into legalization. It’s a threat to national security. My thing is that it is smoked. I hate smoke. My aunt’s in a condo complex and her druggie neighbors open their windows for fresh air but she can’t have fresh air bc all the weed smoke goes into her condo.

@72906336 It’s definitely different from what it was BITD. I know two young men in their early 20’s, who started smoking it in their teens, are addicted. It’s hard for them to hold down a job and both have had mental illness issues. @48bfa577 @6a018a2a
