BLUEBERRY ORKA LIME TEA
Blueberries
Cut Okra fingers
Okra Flowers
Lime zest
Slice of lime
Heat water 3-4 cups of water to boil. Add ingredients and let boil for 5 minutes. Lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Use sieve with funnel to strain into 32 oz mason jar.

I'll cut up my okra throw it into a pan with some Kerrygold butter and sprinkle with crushed up Ritz cracker. Fry it up till golden brown. Yummy!!
