In plebstr it is in the edit profile field Lightning. Ln address is something like an email address to you lightning wallet.

Depends on your use case. Very easy one which I use is Wallet of Satoshi. This is a custodian service they have a hold of your private key. Do not hold big ammounts here. Safer one is Phoenix. You should have the private key on your phone. It is recommended to send higher ammount to it so you have a big channel. I encountered sometimes connectivity issues but did not investigate further.
