 Asking for a friend:

This letter may have arrived by mail, accompanied by a scary looking questionnaire.

The federal statute that purportedly "requires" the recipient to fill out the form is 28 USC 1864:

Anyone have experience with just ignoring this "requirement?"

The scary thing about the jury system is that you end up being judged by a group of your “peers” who weren’t smart enough to evade jury duty or are dumb enough to want to participate.
Horror plot twist: proprietary AI has been selecting juries for years
PS a good way to get out of it is to claim that you don’t have transportation because of a shared vehicle arrangement with a spouse that works, or that you are a volunteer on call firefighter or EMS worker. It worked for me.
Or you can just tell them to suck it
Send the letter back with big red letters written on it "No Contract. Offer refused." Send certified mail if you want to have additional security.
It would also provide additional security if you submitted with it a letter stating that you are a no longer a US citizen, but are now a Non-citizen National of the United States.

I can provide more assistance for hire if you'd like, just DM.
 FAFO.
This is your rare and only way to actually do something effective against your #gangsterment - far more than your #vote ever can!

If lived there and could afford time off, I would sign up every chance I got for the opportunity to throw a rock in their system by #juryNullification

Thanks; 🙏🏻 I do appreciate nullification and spread that word as well.👍 I've tried getting on juries in the past. In any case, not my present mission.
Why respond at all? If you do, why not question everything?
