“There’s nothing manly about rage. It’s a courtesy and kindness that define a human being - and a man. That’s who possesses strenght and nerves and guts, not the angry whiners.”
Manly rage can be unjustified, or justifiable.

A mans rage can be fueled by many things that can cause him to take action.

Rage is a hammer to be wielded with the care of a blacksmith. Who can hit the nail on its head without bending, or breaking in order to build something new.

Rage can come from within and used as a fire to motivate men into doing great deeds.

Rage can be exerted from pressure to unleash justice from a man of virtue to defend the weak from great acts of evil too.

To dismiss the power of manly rage is to discard one of the most useful tools any man can have. It is what they need the tenacity to see things through to the bitter end when the going gets tough. Rage is what can keep them moving forward to resolution.

Never underestimate what manly rage can acconplish in this world.
You've just summed up, in a much more erudite way, what I came here to reply.
