While X is centralized and has its issues all sides of a discussion are allowed. That wasn't the case before Elon and since then the snowflakes have left because they can't handle an opinion they don't agree with. While there is some censorship it is not related to you political views. I still use it because nostr doesn't have a lot of the content I follow. Once it does I will use X less and less....
