 I do, I met with a dietitian who had me take some test and figure out a better dietary plan based on my blood type and a few other things to help with my energy levels. Highly recommend linking with a dietitian and buying local/seasonal food based on your blood type to get your body will respond. Its still a "diet theory" but I do believe that in the future as technology progresses and AI becomes more accessible for medical purposes people will start following a specific dietary plan tailored to their blood type to improve help maintain their health, ideal body weight, and increase overall energy levels.
