I just tried doing that with alby today, before they shut down their custodial wallet. I was able to move all but 15 sats off of it. I think each wallet has their own rules for that, but when i tried moving the last few sats it said the amt did not meet minimum amt, so i gave up. Never messed with wos much though. You might try moving smaller amts at a time. Today with alby i tried moving the balance all at once, but didnt work (a few thousand sats). Then i tried moving smaller amts, which worked till it got down to 15 sats. Thats all i know about it.

I deleted my account yesterday after draining my wallet/sending Sats 丰 to a functional wallet I already had. There is an option to answer several questions about why I was leaving, which I did extensively, with candor and appreciation for all @Alby has done for the past year and a half. I got a very nice email back this morning. Please reach out to @bumi or @Moritz , they are lovely individuals who will respond and assist.

Wth?? Thats wild. Like i said, just yesterday i was able to move most of mine out. Dont know if it makes a difference, but i was on desktop, using the alby browser plugin thing that i installed a good while back. Havent tried logging in to the main alby page in a while. Thats not right that they're blocking you. You might try asking them in a public question on nostr, tagging them. Dont remember when their deadline was for shutting down the custodial wallets.

What is blocked? The issue with emptying a lighting wallet are the lighting fees which are hard to know upfront and there are related attack vectors to steal funds. Thus probably all lightning wallets require a small reserve based on the amount you try to send and this sadly makes it hard to send the last sat sometimes. If you have issues contact support and I am sure you get the sats in no time.
