 The #cornstr is a combination of the words corn and nostr. The corn is a reference to bitcoin and corny chat. Similarly, #tardstr combines tards with nostr 

 Yeah, wtf? 

 Think it's a story they picked up! 

 It started about 10 years ago, when #ProfessorBitcorn predicted Bitcoin’s demise and intentionally called it Bitcorn to belittle it:

 So it was actually someone else mispronouncing Bitcoin to belittle that professor.
