Yeah, that's true. It's heart disease over the counter. It's a horrible truth. Unfortunately it's so accepted and woven into the cultures that it's overlooked/ignored. 
I'm not dummy. I know the risks. 
I have a regular who has stopped coming to the bar because he has early onset congestive hrset failure. It's really sad. 
With anything in life you have to find a balance.
