If the video is using imagery from that person without their consent, and they want it removed, yes, we will remove it.
The fake porn is just the tip of the iceberg. I can imagine some envious guy/gal that is annoyed the husband/wife of their coworker is married to such an annoying, incompetent person. They decide they need to give them a chance at a better partner, maybe them, and so they make some incriminating evidence and send it into the grapevine. People talk, and word gets around. Close friends feel the need to at least bring it up in case it's true. What will the wife/husband do? Are they partnered with a cheater? Can they be trusted? What if the entire relationship is a lie? What if it wasn't actually AI and their partner has successfully convinced them it is? Relationship scams, destroyed relationships, reputation destruction, fake hostages, market upheaval, a withering of trust in institutions and other people, and, maybe someday, questioning the very notion of humanity as unique in any way (singularity territory), and many more things I am not yet cruel enough to imagine. Oh, the problems we face are only just getting started.

Pornography in general is a blight on society, and this mentality shows how little many people think of their fellow man and the consequences their degeneracy may have on others. I cannot express just how vehemently I oppose pornography in all its forms, and this recent ability to create it with believable likenesses of real people without their permission may be the most vile permutation we have seen to date. That said, there is very little that can be done about it. I am not an anarchist. I believe there is a legitimate role for civil government to play in society. Nevertheless, that role should be kept as small as possible, and I cannot see a way to curb vile actions like those mentioned above without imbuing SOME institution, government or otherwise, with the authority to censor speech, which authority can be too easily used to censor any other form of speech. Sadly, this means that as long as there is a market for it, such content will be made, and I can't foresee a time where the market for it will dry up. Maybe someone more intelligent or inventive than me can think of a way to curb it without endangering freedom of speech in general, but I cannot.
