 Canada has fined Binance $4.38 million for violating anti-money laundering laws. The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) imposed the fine on Binance for failing to register as a foreign money services business and neglecting to report significant transactions in virtual currency
