Scout Motors, a Volkswagen Group spinoff, has unveiled its electric vehicle (EV) vision, which includes two models with a gas-powered generator option. The Scout Traveler SUV and Scout Terra Truck will have modern-meets-rugged styling, with features like up to 35-inch tires, over 10 inches of ground clearance, and water-fording capability. The EVs will offer up to 350 miles of range and come equipped with Tesla's North American Charging Standard. However, the Harvester model will feature a built-in gas-powered generator for extended range capabilities.
