Being so deep in Nostr and Bitcoin, it’s easy to get myopic and lose track of all the other people and groups that are out there fighting for privacy and human rights and a better world in general. 

The Oslo Freedom Forum has been an incredible opportunity to meet those people and learn about their stories. 

I’m bullish on freedom and humans. 

 What are some of the most memorable stories you heard outside of nostr/bitcoin? 

 So many. Have heard heartbreaking and inspiring stories from activists working under incredibly challenging & dangerous conditions under authoritarian regimes but they’re there, doing the work, and risking their lives to make things better. 

 i'm still pretty bearish on them recognising what we are doing tho 

 I’m not at all. Have had amazing discussions with folks all week. 

 well, it will be good when more of them realise the power they will add to their work when they acknowledge the monetary battleground
