If i have any comment, it's that they are different in entirely boring ways; the plate on the NHS/BS one looks a bit wobbly; mostly they wouldn't make good cups (but this is the magic of icons / pictograms: they need to evoke the object/action without necessarily being an accurate representation)

Looking at pictograms made me think a bit about your quest to find, for workshops, a system for composing forms (OTL features) that wasn't letter based.
