 I think it starts with them already being hot 

 It's not attractive on any women 

 It’s more that attractive women are still attractive when they smoke, but unattractive women are not. 

 flat stinks! presently trying to quit stinking & staining after scrubbing my walls & All! 

 most things look good on beautiful, in-shape people

most things look bad on ugly, fat people 

 Can confirm as an ugly fat person except smoking isn't attractive either way, the brain is just glitching out when people think so
