@a2f3726b I worked with a pair of guys who had this dynamic.

Eventually one of them was elsewhere at a crucial moment, and the other invited a senior exec to take a walk around the building. They were on the 4th floor at the time, and it did not end well for the short-tempered one.

Luckily I've calmed down considerably with age but still have words from time to time. I also hold several trade secrets in my head so that helps cover my ass in emergencies.
