I did too, one of my first checks of any new app is for trackers, I tolerate Sentry, but anything else if I have a choice is a no gp

Why you tolerate Sentry? Wouldnt be the logical build to have none?
If you do some research among cyber security experts you will find that Sentry is mentioned as a more private alternative to Firebase Crashlytics. Sentry is more private due to its focus on developer-first error tracking and performance monitoring, without the need for crowdsourced data. Still there may be data collection, that is not perfect, but, IMO, tolerable... But I agree, no trackers is the way to go for full users trust, specially when your target users are technically curious or savvy
