i was never a big coffee drinker, maybe doing 1-2 cups a week, sometimes more and sometimes less. i never liked coffee all that much and would prefer tea instead. during the winter i used to drink a cup of tea every morning on my way to work though. in 2020 when my wife and i were working from home because of the rona, she was making coffee for herself and i started having a couple cups a week. i eventually started to really like it and was drinking a cup daily. however, after my heart surgery in 2022, i cut out all caffeine completely. now, every once in a while, i'll have a cup if the mood hits right.
serious question, as someone who has never smoked or even tried nicotine, but am avid lifelong coffee drinker, what's the benefit or effect of nicotine? is it different when combined with caffeine? (the classic coffee and cigarettes combo?)
As one who is hopelessly addicted I would say do not start using it. With that PSA out the way, it does help me focus and my mental clarity. On top of keeping me from going through withdrawals that would destroy my normally happy carefree attitude. Coffee to start the engine and nicotine to help you steer
