 Over the past 8 years, I’ve been deeply curious about the intense splitting into sides, polarisation, and the wave of furious righteousness (on all sides) all over the world.  
⁣
Brexit – stay or go. 
Covid vax or no-vax.
ANC or DA.
Harris or Trump.
 
Thank goodness, in 2019, I attended an insightful talk by renowned astrologer Rod Suskin where he shared that the “Uranus/Pluto squares”  that had started in 2012 would create a wildly tumultuous astrological cycle, the aftershocks of which would ripple through our lives from 2020 to 2025.

He said, “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴.  𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.” 

These 5 years are an astrological cycle that have repeated every 30 to 40 years for millennia -  1931 and the rise of Nazi Germany and 1966 and the rise of the Civil Rights movement.

Knowing that people tend to go bananas during these times, becoming radically righteous and quick to take sides, has helped me step back, observe, and witness the world instead of diving into arguments.
⁣
Not that it’s always easy! Believe me, there are moments when I feel pulled towards judgement, anger, or indignation.
 
I teach in all my programs that in any transformational process, 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡.

Currently, we’re in a global Breakdown.  Obvious, right?
⁣
But what is equally clear - astrologically, energetically, and deep down in our bones - is that as this cycle begins to wane, the breakthrough will come.
 
Instead of getting stuck in the reaction of fixating on the sticky-goo of the caterpillar dissolving, the more helpful RESPONSE is to keep holding the Butterfly Vision of what you want for the future – individually and collectively.
 
𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫.

Before you take any action, say anything or post anything on social media, ask yourself:

“𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐝𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞?”
⁣
If you can’t take an action from a place of “love” then don’t do it!
⁣
And if you are in the grip of a fear or anxiety or stress moment…
⁣
STOP. 
Breathe.
Get Present in your Body.
⁣
And use this powerful Ease Mantra:

“Even though this situation is NOT ideal, in this moment it’s OKAY, and in this moment I’m OKAY.”
⁣
Breathe…  Repeat Mantra… Breathe… Repeat Mantra.
