Hi Dr Morales,
I've been utilising X3 since October 2020 consistently.
The benefit of a set up that is portable being it can go where you go and no need to find a gym.
Like Bitcoin I would say "there is no second best" if you are optimising body composition, reducing fat mass and increasing muscle mass on top of an optimised diet.
The system will meet you where you are at so to say and it will reveal your weaknesses from which to grow stronger.
In that sense suitable for all clients young/old, male/female etc...
It's a tool to strengthen the body then for sports you practise the sport specific skills required.
Unspoken in the weightlifting world I would say is joint injury and again X3 is an excellent solution as it is effectively acting in the opposite direction. Lightest when you are weakest and Heaviest when you are strongest.

I would not return to a gym for weight lifting. The results are inferior in comparison.
X3 allows you to apply more force safely to the body with minimal risk....
Thank you! I think I'll definitely give a it a try.
No worries!
To begin with I would say make sure you "follow the program"...
It's all you need to do and it's quite simple.
The challenge is to take the action.
Over time though you feel and see benefits that compel you forward.
One other comment for now is that you shouldn't apply the same mental models from "weight lifting" to "variable resistance X3" training...
I intend to explore these ideas here over time.
