👉 His wife allegedly persuades him to make an appointment with a dermatologist on the morning of 9/11 instead of holding the planned meeting in the North Tower
👉 The Twin Towers are attacked and collapse into dust along with his other skyscraper (WTC 7), all plummeting at near free fall speed
👉 He files a $7 billion insurance claim, arguing that the attacks on the Twin Towers consisted of 2 separate events and therefore required double compensation.
