It likely doesn’t go that far, but it gives a reason for the payment regulators to ‘moderate’ payments and messages for ‘appropriateness’ - that scares me.

Also, you have no choice but to use these services with your ‘real’(KYC) identity, so your attacker knows that you’ve read your message. It might not bother you, but it will scare the bejeezus out of most people.
